Our lipstick cartons are commonly produced from sturdy 18pt white SBS paperboard. Its clean, smooth printing surface helps reproduce subtle neutrals, saturated colors, fine typography and detailed cosmetic graphics with clarity.
The exterior can be fully printed in nearly any color—including black.
A black lipstick box does not require black paperboard. We can print a rich black exterior over white paperboard, providing the dramatic appearance of a black carton while maintaining the clean white substrate underneath. The white board may be visible naturally along cut edges or inside an opened flap, while the finished exterior remains completely printed.
