Crash Bottom Boxes
Crash bottom boxes are an optimal choice for heavier items that need extra bottom support. They are also referred to as auto lock bottom boxes, or crash lock boxes.The top of the box usually closes with a regular tuck flap, while the bottom is specially made to be self-locking. No assembly is needed on your part. You’ll receive the box in flat, and you just need to pop it open for the bottom flaps to automatically tuck into place. The result consists of a strong and reliable base that will prevent your product from slipping out.
Coffee Sleeve Printing FAQs
There is no limit on the number of colors or areas that can be printed. Full color full bleed custom print is included in our pricing.
We print everything in-house on our Digital Offset Press. We control every step of the production process.
Yes our full color sleeves can be printed full bleed with printing wrapping around the entire outside of the sleeve.
Our sleeves are generally printed In CMYK colors. If your file contains PMS colors then we will convert them to their closest CMYK equivalent.
Yes. Ask our team about a pre-production printed proof when you request your quote. We will confirm the current proofing cost, sample quantity and schedule before proceeding. A PDF proof is reviewed and approved before production.
Pricing
Full-color, full-bleed exterior printing and our standard embossed texture are included in the listed sleeve pricing. Shipping and applicable tax are additional. Your final quote confirms the quantity, artwork versions, delivery and any special proofing or rush requirements.

We can also receive payment by check, however we must receive payment prior to shipping of the order.
Pay 100% upfront after your order details and total are confirmed. We then send a PDF proof for your approval. Production begins only after you approve the proof. This page currently accepts order inquiries; online checkout is not available here.
Our paper
We use an American made uncoated white 18pt SBS paperboard.
Our standard sleeve material is uncoated white 18pt SBS paperboard. Confirm acceptance with the recycling or composting service where the sleeves will be used, and ask us for current material details before making disposal claims.
Yes but we do not print on actual Kraft paper. For Kraft sleeves we print a simulated Kraft background on the white paper. The benefit of printing this way is that light colors will not look dull and muddy as they would if you printed directly on Kraft paper.
Sending Artwork And File Formats
Email your logo and artwork to orders@yourboxsolution.com. Include your quantity, cup manufacturer and sizes, delivery location and required arrival date so we can connect the files to your project.
For larger files, send a download link through your preferred file transfer service. If you need help preparing artwork, include clear layout instructions and tell us which parts of the design are ready.
Yes. Download the coffee sleeve artwork template for the sleeve layout. Use our separate artwork preparation instructions for file guidance. Share your cup manufacturer, model and sizes so we can help confirm fit before production.
Turnaround Time
Our current production lead time is 7–10 business days after full payment and PDF proof approval. We send your PDF proof after payment and begin production only after you approve it. Rush production is available upon request for an additional fee.
